Why don't you list prices?

Two lawns on the same street can take twice the time depending on lot size, turf condition, slope, gate access, and how much trimming there is. Rather than post a number that changes the moment we see the property, we look at the address, confirm scope, and give you one clear price per visit that doesn't move.

What exactly happens on a visit?

Accepted Answer

Every recurring visit includes mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing off hard surfaces, plus a quick walk of the property. If we notice irrigation problems, disease, pests, or damage, you hear about it from us before it becomes expensive.

Question 3

Weekly or bi-weekly — which do I need?

Accepted Answer

If your lawn is irrigated and growing, weekly keeps it looking its best and the cut consistent. Bi-weekly is fine for shaded, low-water, or slower-growing lawns, and during the shoulder seasons. Tell us the address and we'll tell you honestly which one your property needs.

Do you haul away clippings and debris?

Yes. Hard surfaces get blown off and debris leaves with us on every visit. On heavy growth or the first cut after a long gap, there may be a one-time charge for extra volume — we tell you before we do the work, never after.

Question 5

What happens in winter or slow-growth months?

Accepted Answer

We adjust rather than disappear. Most customers step down to bi-weekly or monthly through the slow months, and visits shift toward cleanup, bed work, and trimming. Your plan level stays the same; only the frequency changes.

Question 6

Is there a contract? Can I pause or cancel?

Accepted Answer

No long-term contract. Recurring service continues until you tell us to stop, and you can pause for vacations or projects or cancel with reasonable notice. We'd rather keep you because the work is good.

How and when do you bill?

Recurring maintenance is billed per visit on a weekly or monthly cycle, whichever you prefer. Larger one-time projects are quoted and invoiced separately from your recurring plan, so your regular bill stays predictable.

Question 8

What if it rains on my service day?

Accepted Answer

We move you, we don't skip you. Rained-out days get rescheduled to the next workable day that week whenever possible, and we let you know. You're never billed for a visit we didn't make.

Question 9

Do you handle commercial properties?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we maintain both commercial and residential properties, and we're fully insured up to $1,000,000. For HOAs, rentals, and business frontage we can build a schedule around your hours and access requirements.

Question 10

What isn't included in a recurring plan?

Accepted Answer

One-time and project work is quoted separately: grading and yard leveling, sod installation, lawn renovation, landscape material delivery and install, and large property cleanups. Recurring customers get priority on that work and a familiar crew doing it.
